Units that have already been used for an oil change remain eligible — this is a performance guarantee, not a "like-new only" policy.
Send us your order number by email and we will provide return instructions within one business day. No forms, no restocking fee.
Once your return is scanned by the carrier, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Should your Trocador arrive cracked, faulty, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photograph — we will dispatch a complimentary replacement promptly, no return required in most cases.
