How quickly your Trocador leaves our warehouse, and how it reaches you.
Every in-stock order is packed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Kyrgyzstan Time (KGT) ship the following business day. A confirmation email with tracking information follows as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Once your order ships, a tracking number arrives by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate — if the link appears inactive on the day of shipment, that is expected, not a cause for concern.
Orders shipped outside Kyrgyzstan may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by your local authority. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
If your tracking has not updated in 10 days, or your parcel is marked delivered yet never arrived, contact us — we will open a claim with the carrier and send a complimentary replacement while it is investigated.
